PRIVACY POLICY · NOVEMBER 6, 2026
Your recordings are yours.
DenoiseKit is built to clean audio, not collect it.
Audio is processed on your device
Your selected file, decoded samples and cleaned audio stay in your browser’s memory. The app does not transmit recordings, filenames or generated downloads to a server. Closing the tab releases app memory; copies you download remain on your device.
What is stored in your browser
We use localStorage under denoisekit.usage.v1 to store the local calendar date and random usage tokens for the daily free allowance. The counter is not sent to us. Optional Google sign-in uses a Secure, HttpOnly session cookie; there are no advertising identifiers. You can remove site data in browser settings; local storage is required for the free tool.
Ordinary website requests
Your browser downloads the website, model and encoder from the site’s hosting service. Hosting providers may receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URLs and access times under their own policies. No audio content is included in those requests. The hosting provider and its log retention are not yet selected for this undeployed MVP.
No analytics or payments
This MVP includes no analytics, advertising, third-party fonts or live payment processor. Optional Google sign-in loads Google Identity Services only when requested. Google receives ordinary connection information and handles authentication under its own policies; tool files are not sent to Google for sign-in. The server verifies your Google token and issues a one-hour signed session cookie. No Google token or profile is stored in sessionStorage. A Cloudflare Durable Object stores your Google subject, one-time signup Gift and test billing records for reconciliation; the session contains your email and expiry. Audio is never included in these records. Cloud processing and Gift consumption are not enabled. Paid pricing is a placeholder only.
Your choices
Only select files you are authorized to process. Shared devices may expose downloaded files to other users. If you do not want browser-local usage storage, do not use the tool. Any future server processing or data collection requires an updated policy.
Operator details
DenoiseKit is a placeholder brand for a development MVP. Operator identity, a privacy contact and hosting details must be published before public launch. Do not treat this development version as an available contracted service.
